Shipping

Orders ship twice weekly from our production facility in Seattle, WA. Orders placed by 8AM Tuesday (Pacific Time) will ship that Tuesday. Orders placed between 8AM Tuesday – 8AM Friday will ship Friday.

We use USPS Priority Mail unless expedited shipping is requested. Contact shipping@thenoteworks.com for expedited shipping options.

Returns & Replacements

At this time, we are not accepting returns for any reason other than a fulfillment error (in other words, if we messed up and shipped you the wrong thing).

If you have a quality concern that would justify returning the product, please let us know and we’ll determine whether it merits shipping a replacement. It’s possible you may have received a defective product (i.e. a pen with dried-up ink or a notebook with a missing page number), though these instances are exceedingly rare.

The Noteworks notebooks should arrive to you clean and functional. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee their durability beyond normal wear-and-tear. As with most other paper products, they can easily be folded, ripped, bent, torn, and are susceptible to water damage. Replacements will only be considered on unused items within seven business days of their ship date.
